Cancellation and Deposit Policy for New Brows by Tay:
- All permanent makeup bookings require a $200 non refundable deposit to book. This deposit is applied to your appointment balance - the remaining amount can be paid at the appointment.
- Cancellations require 2 business days notice to reschedule without an additional fee. If given 2 business days notice, the deposit can be transferred ONCE to a different appointment time. Exception: If client is sick.
- Last minute cancellations or no-show appointments will be required to pay the remaining non refundable appointment balance to re-book the appointment.
- If the appointment is missed more than once and/or rescheduled last minute more than twice, New Brows by Tay reserves the right to retain the non refundable deposit(s)/appointment balance(s) made and refuse future bookings.
